Breakfast was day old muffins and that was it.
I WAS CHARGED FOR EXTRA NIGHT DUE TO 3RD PARTY SITE DOUBLE BOOKING'
I had been in accident in Lewiston. The owner Jack was just wonderful. He told me about a good restaurant within walking distance. If I am ever in Lewiston ID I will stay there again.
The room had a fridge, microwave and tv.Location was good. The price was appropriate for the quality of room.
The owner. He was rude when I stated that I had confirmation that I changed room type 2wks prior to our arrival. He said it was my word against his and wouldn't look at my email. Then gave me a run a round about my dog. I told him that this was the only reason I booked there, 6months prior to out arrival.1st night, we had to take our towels to lobby and get clean ones. There was only a partial roll of toilet paper in room. The room was as expected for the price but the rudeness of the owner wasn't.
Gentleman who worked there was extremely polite and welcoming. For a cheap motel, not bad overall.
Somewhat sketchy neighborhood, but it's Lewiston, so not like a real ghetto or anything. Old building, what you would expect for the price.
Owner was really nice, room was clean and comfortable. Price was good for the value. Central location so not far to get to any event. Overall, I would stay there again.
Location was a bit noisy, but not bad. Continental breakfast could be better by offering waffles, but it was good. Had problem with WiFi at start, but owner got it fixed and it was ok.
Parking is bad no plugs in the bathtubs small rooms
The Manager was mean and in considerate. He made us change the gross sheets and bedspread. False advertising regarding the heated outside pool. Refused a refund so the police were called in but couldn't help us.
The staff was very accommodating - the beds were comfortable - room was small but adequate. Perfect location for access to Lewis -Clark State College
The staff was great and very helpful.
There was no area to walk the dog properly and the pet 'fee' was not refundable. No handicap parking or ramp for my scooter.
Place was dated but clean. Reasonable value.
On check-in person advised he hadn't received the Booked.net reservation and said we should just get on line and cancel it and he would give us the same price. I tried that but when I told him it would still charge me if I cancelled he looked again and my booking magically showed up. I am wondering if he was just trying to pull a scam to eliminate the Booked.net commission? He said he has a lot of problems with these bookings but I have not had a problem anywhere else.
Staff very friendly, room clean and had all that we needed for a comfortable stay and the price was an excellent value! I'd definitely stay again as property is in the heart of historic downtown.
Most properties in Lewiston are adjacent to busy streets, this one is no exception. There is traffic noise but with the air or heating system on in the room it is pretty tolerable.
Bed felt like springs with plywood on top with a thin piece of foam, WiFi did not work, and parking is a mess.
Friendly customer service
Smell of Lewiston parking lot difficult to maneuver.
Room was clean and bed was comfortable
in previous stays I was on the ground floor from where the street noise was much less noticeable. On the second floor, street noise was very noticeable and seeing as the motel is located on one of the main access streets to downtown Lewiston was an issue for me.
